1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through nervitix.co.uk with Nervitix UK, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because of a stock or pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Every order is a one-off purchase: we do not operate subscriptions or automatic rebilling.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch same day for orders placed before 2pm on a working day, with typical UK delivery in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on our shipping and delivery page.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Separately, we offer a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our refund policy. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

6. Product information and health

Nervitix is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

It is your responsibility to read the label, follow the recommended dose, and consult a GP or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition.

7. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding and page design, belongs to Nervitix UK or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
