The 90-day guarantee
Every Nervitix order is covered by a 90-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of the delivery date and we will refund the purchase price you paid.
The guarantee applies whether the bottles are sealed, opened or empty. We would rather you actually tried the product than returned it untouched.
How to request a refund
It takes one email:
- Email support@nervitix.co.uk from the address you used at checkout
- Include your order number (it is on your confirmation email)
- Say that you would like a refund under the 90-day guarantee
- We reply within one working day with next steps
Returns
For most refunds we do not require you to post anything back. Where a return is requested, we will provide the return address and you are responsible for standard return postage unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a further 3 to 5 working days to appear on your statement.
Delivery charges paid on single-bottle orders are refunded where the entire order is refunded.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of goods to cancel a distance purchase, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
Fair use
The guarantee covers one refunded order per household. We reserve the right to decline repeat refund requests where there is clear evidence of abuse, and to refuse service where fraud is suspected. In practice this almost never comes up.
