Requesting a refund
Email support@nervitix.co.uk within 90 days of delivery with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain yourself, and empty bottles are fine. Full details are in our refund policy.
Where is my order?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, with typical delivery in 2 to 4 working days. If it has been longer than five working days, email us with your order number and we will chase the courier. See shipping & delivery for the detail.
