Nervitix is a UK-shipped botanical food supplement in capsule form, formulated around five plant ingredients: passionflower, marshmallow root, larkspur, prickly pear extract and golden poppy. It is designed as a simple daily nerve-support routine and is not a medicine.

Take two capsules a day with water, ideally at the same time each morning so it becomes part of your routine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Everyone is different. Botanical supplements are typically taken consistently over weeks rather than days, so we suggest giving Nervitix a full 30 to 90 days. That is exactly why our multi-bottle bundles exist and why the 90-day guarantee runs long enough to cover a proper trial.

Each bottle contains 60 capsules. At the recommended two capsules a day, that is a full 30 day supply per bottle. The 3 bottle bundle covers 90 days and the 6 bottle bundle covers 180 days, which is why most customers who intend to complete a proper trial choose one of the larger bundles.

Morning, with food and a full glass of water, is the easiest habit to keep and the routine most of our customers settle into. There is no requirement to split the dose. What matters far more than timing is taking it every day without gaps — botanicals are taken consistently over weeks rather than dosed for an instant effect.

Nothing to worry about. Simply take your usual two capsules the following morning. Do not double up to make up a missed dose, and do not exceed the recommended daily serving. If you find you are missing several days a week, try moving the bottle next to your kettle or toothbrush so the routine has a physical trigger.

Most people take Nervitix alongside everyday supplements such as vitamin D or a multivitamin without issue. If you already take a herbal calming product, check the labels so you are not doubling up on the same botanicals. If you take prescription medication of any kind, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.

Yes. Nervitix uses a vegetarian capsule shell and all five active ingredients are plant-derived. If you have a specific allergen concern, email support@nervitix.co.uk before ordering and we will send you the full ingredient declaration so you can check it against your own requirements.

No. Golden poppy (Eschscholzia californica), also known as California poppy, is a different plant entirely and contains none of the opium poppy's alkaloids. It has a long history of traditional use as a mild relaxing botanical and appears in many European herbal blends today.

Nervitix is not suitable for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone with a known allergy to the listed botanicals. If you take prescription medication — particularly sedatives, blood thinners or blood pressure medication — speak to your GP first, and stop at least two weeks before scheduled surgery.

No. Nervitix is a food supplement sold under UK food law. It is not a medicine, it does not treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for anything your GP has prescribed. Persistent tingling, burning or numbness should always be properly investigated by a medical professional.

Yes. We ship to every UK address including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, and typical delivery is 2 to 4 working days. Bundles of three and six bottles ship free.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders after that cut-off, or at weekends and bank holidays, go out on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves us, with tracking attached.

Delivery is free on the 3 bottle and 6 bottle bundles. Single bottle orders carry a £4.95 tracked delivery charge, which is shown clearly in your order summary before you pay — there are no charges added at the final step.

Yes. We ship to every UK address, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes occasionally add a day to the usual 2 to 4 working day transit time, and we will tell you if we see any delay on your tracking.

In plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents, so your order stays private. Bottles are sealed and boxed to survive letterbox and courier handling. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo to support@nervitix.co.uk and we will replace it without argument.

Yes. Every order is covered by our 90-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, email support@nervitix.co.uk within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price — even on empty bottles.

Email support@nervitix.co.uk with your order number, or the name and postcode used on the order, and tell us you would like a refund. We will confirm by email, arrange the return where relevant and process your refund to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.

You do not need to send back empty bottles to claim under the 90-day satisfaction guarantee — we take you at your word. Where you still hold unopened bottles we will ask you to return them, and we will give you the return address when you contact us.

Our 90-day guarantee sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order for any reason, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies if goods are faulty or not as described.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details, and we do not sell your data.

No. Every Nervitix order is a one-off purchase. There is no auto-ship, no rebill and nothing to cancel.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's encrypted checkout. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment form, so they never touch our servers and we never see or store your full card number.

Your statement will show a short descriptor referencing Nervitix rather than anything describing the product itself. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@nervitix.co.uk with the amount and date and we will identify it for you the same working day.

We use your details only to take payment, ship your order and provide support, in line with UK GDPR and our privacy policy. We never sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@nervitix.co.uk.
